Owners do not understand how to balance personal life and work life Owners always ask people to work when they specifically tell them they can not Owners do not understand how to properly wait tables (they tell you to check on tables every 2 minutes) Owners keep nagging waiters to do more than necessary (sure it is great to have good service, but constantly interrupting every 2 minutes would get customers annoyed) As a waiter, low tips because it is pooled Half of the Hibachi table tip goes to the Hibachi Chef Waiters constantly quit, new waiters every couple of weeks Hours unfairly distributed (when a new waiter with more experience came to work, lowered our hours from 30 hours to 10 hours, just so they can satisfy the waiter with more experience)
