Cains has decent salary at least in my department. an ethnic mix of people to work with. some of which were very outgoing and friendly
Cons
work life balance is non existent. in maintenance mandatory 60 hour week. if you are late for any reason even medical it is held against you. There is no ladder to climb here as positions open the frat buddies just bring in another friend leaving no chance for advancement.
