Pros
Cal Dive has decent pay, good benefits and the job itself can be very fun. They are accommodating to vacation and family needs and often try to do the right thing.
Cons
There are way too many middle managers who are constantly trying to justify their job and when something comes along that needs an answer no one is willing to risk anything. Advancement has become stagnant and political prowess will get you farther than quality or hard work.
