Pros
Not only is CalAmp a technology leader in the telematics / connected car market, but they have great benefits with a real focus on employee health.
Cons
Field communications is always difficult when you have a company with so many remote employees. CalAmp field employees hear from HR often with programs but there is not much communication from upper management except for press releases.
