Not a great place to work - Anonymous employee Calance Employee Review

Employees that have been there over 20 years don't do anything and owners won't let managers demote or fire them. So much outdated equipment and no security to monitor connections. There were unmonitored network and servers left over from clients that had left years ago. I'm sure if there was a security expert, they would have found a lot of hacked equipment. They used home products instead of small business products for some clients. Indian employees were brought in to help. The language barrier frustrated clients. Sometimes an Indian employee would show up drunk to a customers site. They would drink out of loneliness. They're alone in America and their wife and children are left in India for months on end. I'd drink too.
