We pride ourselves on being a people's company and are constantly working towards that objective. All our decisions and policies are driven by this fact. For instance, during the pandemic, we took a policy decision that we will not lay-off any members due to pandemic/ loss of business reasons. We encouraged ideas from the associates and teams during this time and invested in new learning initiatives.
