Pros
-Free Tickets -Coworker Relationships -Stable Hours (in the sense they will have you working you as much is legally possible)
Cons
-Poor Management/Management Favouritism -Unsafe working conditions (not closing the park in freezing cold weather, letting employees get soaked in rain, young employees regularly passing our from heat stroke, uneven walking surfaces causing sprains/fractures etc) -Low pay for the amount of expected work. -LONG hours - at LEAST 3 additional hours (unpaid) of transportation time and waiting for buses before/after shifts as the bus schedule did not align with shift times. -HORRIBLE treatment from customers with no support from management. -On your feet all day long- not allowed to sit down even for a second. -Working in outside in uncomfortable, hot (employer-regulated/mandated) uniforms that you have to purchase yourself. -Breaks include walking time from work station to break room. Therefore, if you have a 30m break, and your station is a 6 minute walk from the break room, you end up having just 18 minutes worth of break time for an 8.5h shift. -Management has a storied history of racial discrimination.
