      Good Working Environment but growth is very slow. Colleagues are cooperative and hard working.

      You have to learn on your own. Keep asking to your seniors & they will tell when they want to otherwise they will not.

      1. Full of negativity , your señior will hide your positive things and negative things they will highlight in management 2. Full of politics no helping nature for outsiders and new employee 3. your seniors will take credit of your good work and they will represent you in management as looser 4. Some old employee of this company has develop an own eco system of monopoly. they will never support you to grow in this company. one day you will frustrate and resign in max two to three month. your efforts will not be count hear. and no one will listen about them

      you will spoil your future only. peoples will act like only to loose your confidence with blame game politics
