Pros
Great people to work with. Very friendly atmosphere. Management really shows employees that they care and want them to stick around. Everyone is treated with respect. High emphasis placed on strong customer relationships. Excellent compensation and benefits.
Cons
Some folks travel a lot to visit customers. If you want a career path with lots of promotions then this might not be a good option since the company is so small.
