Pros
-through the interview process you got more of an insight of the company while meeting various people through the interview rounds - HR was so refreshing, having a keen insight throughout the company and being able to answer any questions I had - the people in the company are so positive and eager to work with each other - there is a real proactive interest in including people within a process and getting to know peoples experience to leverage - It is so exciting being part of the culture that Caleb and Brown has created it’s a growing company and everybody seems to have the same goal which is to work alongside each other and for the company to grow and succeed.
Cons
Cons would obviously depend on personal experiences. I have nothing negative to point out and my experience so far has been really good. I’m grateful for HR having walked me through the interview process. And I’m grateful for starting a new side of finance that I haven’t seen before. My team mates have provided me with excellent support and any any questions I may have are answered without hesitation.
