Pros
The work isn't stressful or difficult and the paperwork is not hard to understand. The company works very well with your schedule so you can have a student that is guaranteed to be available at the same times you are.
Cons
The students may sometimes cancel often and you won't get paid for class that day. It may also take a few weeks for everything to get established so you might not get new students until about 3 weeks after your request.
