-The bond with your coworkers. -Developing rapport with clients.
Cons
-6th floor (the upper management) doesn't care about you AT ALL. -Doesn't pay a liveable wage. -You will leave the job with PTSD. GUARENTEED. -If you are a manager, you will obtain regular injuries from restraining homicidal clients (including broken bones, concussions, stabbed with needles, etc) -If you are a woman and go on WCB, they will find a way to fire you. If you are a man, they will relocate you. -Very toxic culture - encourages "trauma bonding" with coworkers. -Is basically a cult.
