Pros
Good medical benefits, 401(k), and the corporate HQ has a cafeteria (if you like that kind of thing).
Cons
The company puts sales on a pedestal, and everyone else is secondary. I've never seen a place where engineering is secondary to sales. Well, CCC is it. They also don't pay very well unless you are at least in a management role. The company culture is stuck in the 70's. Flex time? Work from home? Casual attire? Forget it. You WILL be at your desk at 0800, every day. Period. Performance bonus? Profit sharing? Overtime or straight time after 40? Pfft. Not. Don't ask for anything out of the ordinary, because people only know how to do their single task they are assigned to do. If you are an engineer you're better off working in the Marcellus gas industry. You will get better pay and respect.
