      Pros

      The procedures and processes are great. Work isn't to trying and the values match up closely to a place you'd want to work and eat at.

      Cons

      Scheduling tended to be inconsistent at first. Managers treated the people very expendable at times. Led to some unnecessary turnover in my opinion.

      I love serving my customers the best food is always fresh and always cooking the best food the best fresh meet and the best fresh broduce

      Cons

      Been as a manger the best thing in life u pot ur own hours u do run the store the way u like and would like to open my own store in the future
