      Pros

      You will be given plenty of work to sharpen your skills. If you are a Korean, you will be happy to have found this place to work as it creates a feeling of belongings.

      Cons

      80% of people are Korean. And they speak Korean to each other a lot, even in a meeting. It's hard for non-Korean speakers to mix in as it's like working in a company in Korea.
