      Pros

      Decent training program, aesthetically pleasing retail store, pleasant group of co workers in Hanover store. A lot of interior design servicing despite my role was “merchandiser” nice creative outlet with working in interior design and quality products to sell.

      Cons

      The company pays minimum wage. High expectations, hardly any room for growth, very little monetary rewards for going above and beyond the call of duty.
