      A lot of overtime can be required during certain times of the month and year. Pay is quite low for the amount of work required.

      As they are a small company with only one location, there is no opportunity to relocate.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, reasonable hours most times.

      Cons

      Pay is very low for what they’re asking of employees. They pay the bare minimum and then act as though you should be grateful for their “very generous” pay. Benefits are not great either. Employees are treated more like service industry employees and not professionals.
