company chooses sales over quality of food or taking care of employees no benefits other than medical which you still have to pay for poor management poor training high turnover of employees and managers no accountability for poor performing staff or managers constantly running out of things during operations constantly worried about labor cost so theyll cut half the staff and then it gets busy and youre left running around doing a million things.
