Family atmosphere without all the drama. Very inclusive and everyone works together as a team.

No cons to speak of.

I am so happy with my move to CRA to work on their Foundation team. Our ED has tremendous vision and is an inspiring leader. My colleagues are true professionals - who make me laugh- and our work makes a huge impact on the people we serve.

The only cons are related to the type of work itself, not our organization in specific. I know these challenges exist for non-profits anywhere, so they are not relevant in this context.
