no support to progress in range, pay is low for the work being done especially in student services, no step raises, no matter how well you do in your job there is no way to increase pay forcing many to take second and third jobs to keep doing this work they love and causes us to lose many amazing people to higher paying jobs with better recognition of their efforts.
