Pros

This has been an amazing opportunity for my family. I am able to stay home with my children and care for them while working from home. The mangement cares about your well-being and your success. They give you opportunites and tools to help grow as a professional and as an individual. The communication between everyone is on point! Its a great place to work!

Cons

The schedules can change. Although they're not drastic changes and you have plenty of time, some days you might work your normal shift, some days you may have to open or close and other times you're working a Saturday. But even with that, you have plenty of time to plan for it.

Pros

Easy to deal with management. Since you're 1099, you can "control" your time. Work from home with a solid connection. Management backs you up when clients or customers are difficult. Easy onboarding -- very supportive.

Cons

Low pay, no benefits. Lots of screen time which can be fatiguing. No incentive to "go the extra mile" or opportunities for advancement. Little social interaction with coworkers -- you are really on your own, good or bad. Not saying that mgmt leaves you in the dark, and you can always reach out, but the only people you talk to day-to-day are potential clients.
