Pros

Give you a lot of chance to better yourself and find yourself. Working here is helping me realize things I need to focus on more and more determined to succeed in anything I go for.

Cons

Not tackling things as soon as it should. Sticking to the policies (that was personally made or general)

Pros

I was in need of a quick job for a short time to help with bills throughout school. Something to pay for books and the sort. What happened though is what can easily happen for you as well. I started to learn things rather fast. Not just how to do my job, but the management has been willing to teach me things I never thought I would know or need to. Excell, strategic thinking, soft skills, you name it there is someone here willing and ready to help you out. The company has nothing but growth potential. All current management all the way down to supervisors have started from the ground up.

Cons

Being a young company means we try new things quite often. Changes can come and go, and if your not a fan of that it could get to be annoying.
