      Challenging and advanced work. Great opportunity to have a high level of responsibility.

      Cons

      Company owner wants to micromanage technical tasks that he doesn’t understand. Sets arbitrary deadlines that have no basis in reality. Suggested programming complex websites was a task that could be taught to secretaries in a few hours.
