Pros

At the least the job is remote.the bare minimum taking into account the payment, if you have to go onsite you won’t have enough to survive the month.

Cons

The call center jobs are very trashy and like modern slavery, but this place is worst than all the others. They don’t have any benefits, they don’t worry for you, your wellness, not even your health. But at the moment of put you under pressure and not even allow you to use the hold during calls they are more than ready. CALZILLA SUCKS. When they fired me, out of nowhere, I asked for a simple favor, pay me what they owed me. They didn’t want to. This type of companies should go bankrupt. They don’t deserve anything or anyone. There’s people that’s been answering calls for +5 years and there are not opportunities to anything in there.

The are nice benefits and fair salary

Cons

There is so much poor communication. No one is transparent ,different people will give you different answers. Me and team were confused during the whole hiring process, we only found out on the day we were supposed to be signing the contracts that the whole time were being evaluated and there was still a chance we were not gonna get hired , they only told us this after 3 weeks training…the worst part is at this point I was still waiting for work equipment when these news came to me. I mean there’s no harm in fully disclosing to people that they haven’t gotten the job yet, I turned downed other jobs because I was misled
