Calo has given me a great onboarding experience wherein I felt valued right from day one. Be it a welcome box to a personally addressed book as a leader, all these kept a mark. Working with them, the team are lovely, encouraging, and genuinely care. Calo takes mental health seriously and my manager has always supported me during difficult times which I am grateful for. Fun well-being initiatives, such as the summer ice cream truck and yogurt pop-up, and the weekly "Calo Lunch" was a great way to connect to other colleagues on a more personal level across departments. But even outside the office, my team would often check in on me and my family during those rough points in life. My contributions were always recognized, and Calo's culture—which is chalked full of personal touches—is one that encourages and allows for a healthy balance of work and life. Open communication makes it easy to voice your thoughts freely. Each day at Calo feels meaningful; I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a supportive, balanced workplace.
