Treated as a full-team member, getting to work on projects straight away. Fantastic group of experienced developers and testers to draw insight from. Agile environment was okay when all areas of the department were in phase with each other. Great atmosphere, upper management put their full care and attention into the needs of staff members.

Some team meetings were lack-luster (verging on time wasting opportunities), for example: One area of the department would be running late, causing delays to testing or development and making the daily & weekly meetings pointless at best, confusing at worst. A bit of a gloomy outlook among staff.

Some interesting technology and a capable experienced bunch of engineers and other employees. Decent folks all round.

Old-fashioned management style has become very creaky. No overall vision or leadership bringing people together in a common cause. Cottage industry background still shows in processes and behaviours. Some negative attitudes not challenged. Horrible physical office environment from the 80s.
