It's a good company to work for. You have a good work life balance as much as you can expect. They give up and coming EDs a chance to grow and run the building.
Friendly, supportive team members. Corporate doesn’t try to micromanage and allows the ED to run the building. They were very warm and welcoming at first.
Cons
Lack of communication in the organization creates a spiral which results in high turnover. Commission structure isn’t great. No counciling before they decide to terminate you (lack of communication). No training program, hope you know how to swim. Low confidence in unprofessional corporate managers.
