Have worked in hospice almost 10 years, have never encountered a forward-thinking group that takes action like this place. I encounter an issue, I get resolution or explanation, always fair and diverse. Other agencies lose sight just to grow, RN-owned and quality over quantity.

High levels of service require intense commitment. They make the vision of service and standards clear, some people cannot cut it.
