The Calvin Group has many pros to working for them.

There were not many cons working here.

I genuinely found no pros working here.

I was hired here and on my day of onboarding, there were a total of 5 other new employees which I found out later is a regular thing as turnover is extremely high. They give you and iPad and make you go try and sell office supplies by pushing phony coupons and ads and the sales pitch is purposefully deceitful to the customer. They put you around businesses that they've already visited in the last year and the employees don't want you there. It's one giant pyramid scheme. They want you to dress up to come to office just to do silly practice sales techniques and then you have to drive across houston every day to cold walk into businesses and try and sell them office supplies. The sales pitch is terrible and there is little to no money to be made.
