Pros
The few employees at the company while I was there were fantastic and I still maintain contact with them. Despite the mismanagement, lack of an HR department or well-defined HR policies, underpayment of employees and complete lack of morale, I still somehow met some of my favorite colleagues of my 12 years of work experience at Calyptus.
Cons
The owner of the company is completely unpredictable, underpays his workers, has consultants and analysts travelling with very little notice, and is, in my opinion, a bully. Training is null and you are thrown into high-level client engagements with little to no training, background or support. If you are looking to be underpaid for no work-life balance, this is the place.
