      Pros

      Good business, knowledgeable staff, great product and trusted by customers and suppliers alike with a strong retention rate. Very tight team.

      Cons

      Not taken on many new products, still selling older versions of Great Plains which aren't necessary compatible with Windows as a Microsoft Product

      - Mortgage industry is going through tough times - Business model is based on licenses, and as banks replace humans with AI, they will need fewer licenses
