The pros are next to nothing

HR is not helpful. There is a lack of direction. Management says one thing but means another. Pay is next to nothing. Management is dishonest and unfair. They don't give feedback when needed. There is very little room for advancement. This is Not a good company. They are not all that they seem to be.
