-The only downside to an all-remote staff is not being able to get together in person. -As a small company, some processes can take more time with fewer people doing the work, but I do see a strong push for innovation, time-saving suggestions and a "how-do-we-keep-this-from-happening-again" style of improvement.

Consulting experience is highly customizable: * you control your work by saying yes or no to clients and projects; * you control the rate you earn by saying yes or no to projects where clients are willing to pay what you want to earn; * you control your schedule by saying yes or no to projects; * you have interesting work opportunities with reputable companies as the firm has a great reputation with clients

The firm is small so: * there may be fewer projects available to work on than there may be with larger consulting firms; * there may be less work travel and fewer big parties and other firm events typical of large firms
