      This company has an excellent work/life balance. Man of the people that work here are passionate about the job they do. The company has a very good benefits package, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with company match, bonus program

      It's a great company, and a great environment. Very inclusive and focused on diversity

      Cons

      They are actively moving to AI, and have been facing lower sales due to budget cuts across education. Both of these have contributed to them doing 3 layoffs in the 20 months I worked there.
