Not a lot of support from leadership - Software Developer Cambridge Financial Employee Review

The employees I worked with were great. It's a great place to start out your career in the financial world, though this was not my field, which is reflected in my ratings.

You can work there for a while without growing within the company. Many of my coworkers were in the same position for 5+ years without being promoted.

You own your own time.

Very little concern from management as to whether or not you survive.
