Cons
Leadership at this organization is severely lacking and, in many respects, absent. Employees receive little to no meaningful support outside of their immediate teammates within the branch. Communication from leadership is virtually nonexistent, and expectations are often unrealistic relative to the compensation provided. Goals are frequently shifted without clarity or rationale, creating an unstable and frustrating work environment. While the company promotes a narrative of being a "family" that values its employees, the reality feels far more transactional—employees are treated more like numbers on a spreadsheet than individuals with contributions and needs.
