Communication within the company is extremely poor. Management—particularly Sheldon—creates a toxic and hostile work environment with constant surveillance. The leadership style comes across as aggressive, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic professionalism. There is little to no empathy for employees, and expectations feel unreasonable given the lack of support or clear communication. I was fired on my fourth day for being 15 minutes late because the Elizabeth line was stuck. I was also asked why am I uncomfortable and moving around so much in my chair (the toxic surveillance) I explained the situation, I am in a lot of pain as I am on my period. I was told that personal reasons were irrelevant, which reflects the company’s complete disregard for employee well-being. Overall, the culture feels harsh, unsupportive, and at times dehumanizing. Employees are not treated with respect, and there is no effort to foster a healthy or professional workplace.

Nice office manager at least

No training given despite promises. Directors will argue and bicker with each other contributing to terrible atmosphere. Directors will shout at staff and belittle them. My way or highway mentality. No consultant has lasted or stayed longer than a year which should tell you everything.
