Pros
The company philosophies are inspiring and make you feel like you work for a truly exceptional company. Ex: associates come first, open and honest communication, better today than we were yesterday, making raving fans, etc. I've also been able to walk with large amounts of money on certain nights.
Cons
Literally none of the philosophies are followed, more so used advantageously when backing up firing associates or other flat out dumb decisions (promoting the laziest and least competent servers to supervisor positions). This is a giant smoke and mirrors operation of 'great people delivering genuine hospitality', that is as honest and personable as a cardboard cutout of Cameron's face.
