Pros
I’ve been with Cameron Stephens for approximately one year, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The leadership is extremely supportive and approachable - they’re there when you need them, but they also give you the space to work independently. The flat structure makes it easy to communicate with everyone, regardless of their role.
One of the best things is the level of autonomy. You’re trusted to handle your work, which is refreshing compared to more micromanaged environments. If you’re looking for a place where you can take ownership of your projects while still having leadership’s backing, this is a great fit.
Cons
The benefits package is decent, but it’s pretty standard and might not compare to what larger firms offer. Also, while the autonomy is great, sometimes the balance between being independent and needing more guidance can be tricky. It’s something to keep in mind if you prefer more structure in your work.
