Pros
The Carlsbad office had one of the best teams of people I've ever worked with. Everyone was smart, dedicated and passionate about their work. Always tried to beat deadlines and keep clients happy no matter what. Everyone got along great. It pains me to know all these people's lives were effected so negatively by working for CEO Jenny Munford. The location was nice and the work/life balance was great.
Cons
The Canadian office was part of the problem. All the account managers were in that office and they seemed to have their own agenda. Between those shady people losing millions of dollars and CEO Jenny Munford not knowing how to run a business, everything imploded. CEO Jenny Munford should not be running a business. Her extreme mood swings were always a problem that effected morale. What's worse, the woman lied to me at my interview. When I asked about the financial health of the company, she told me the company was financially healthy. She completely mislead me into taking the job. She did the same thing to two other people who were hired at the same time. We found out she asked the entire staff to wait for their pay checks so that she could pay the new hires. I worked for CEO Jenny Munford for three months and in that time I had three paychecks bounce. She also kept delaying our pay. After laying off myself and the final staff, she promised I would get my full pay, what she owes me from the two weeks prior, vacation pay and my final pay stub. I got none of that. She's ignoring communication now. I have reported her to the labor board for all of this. She owes so amy people money though, I'll have to get in line.
