      Pros

      Staff are friendly and doing their best. Salaries are similar competitors but Benefits worse ( no pension,health insurance etc)

      Cons

      Management - maximise short term profits ( Max admin fees etc etc) at the expense of staff and customers.

      - Senior Mgt & Exec Team very accessible & supportive - Down to earth ‘local’ business who really wants to help customers - Very positive culture with an eagerness to help - Great organisation to learn & develop your career
