Pros
The coworkers (not the CEO), at least while I was there, were pretty cool. It was nice to hang out and get to know them.
Cons
CEO is incredibly toxic, homophobic, sexist and racist. He will openly make comments that will make you uncomfortable if you fall into these categories (which I do). He also engages in a lot of passive aggressive behaviour.
Takes advantage of students, as these are all that he hires. Or, recent grads that are desperate to get some experience in the industry. Pays minimum wage, and will make you log your hours. Not sure if he's changed workers to salaried since I worked there, but he tracks your hours to the minute. It can be hard to get to the 40 hour work week you need to survive, barely, on minimum wage.
Protip: just google the CEO's name. You'll find some really crazy stuff on Google and the types of things he's involved in.
