Purpose-driven work that has a real impact in the nonprofit sector with collaborative colleagues who care. Ability to work abroad and remote work.
Cons
Strategic direction and communication from top leadership were often unclear or entirely absent. Persistent issues with senior leadership capability were ignored until problems and team morale were beyond repair. Frequent pivots and shifting priorities created ongoing instability, making it nearly impossible to plan effectively or feel secure in long-term goals or job with multiple layoffs Pay was low and raises minimal and did not even to cover inflation but significant budget allocated to initiatives that failed to address the organization’s actual priorities or needs.
