Remore work is the only pro I can recall to be honest.

Micro management, Poor planning. Excesive stress and personal intrusion. A family company that is managed totally bad and without any kind of objectivity. Expect sudden priority changes at the discretion of the management, Everything is a priority and needed to be delivered ASAP. The team is 90% low level interns and entry level juniors and they expect to compete on top level without the time, team or budget to make it happen.

Stability if you comply with all their guidelines, otherwise, you're out

They don't trust your work at all, even if you work there many years, they micromanage every single task you have, you will have tons of apps to track your work, and zoom with camera open all day, you even have to clock-in when you go to the bathroom, is this a chinese factory?
