Not much to be honest with you.

Bad Management. Low pay. No HR at all.

An excellent training facility. Quiet uncontrolled airport. Close to the practice area. Great camaraderie with all employees and students. You are essentially given the leeway to work as much or as little as you want.

No benefits. Work slows down during winter.
