Pros
If you are working in office, the environment is somewhat relaxed. In general the colleagues are nice except the Engineering directors. The free coffee provided in the cafeteria is of poor quality. It feels like you are working as a slave not as an employee. Simply put its a new form of slavery.
Cons
The company is on a track to lose. Technically competent people tend to leave the company within few months of joining. They are really facing a tough time to retain the competent people. The people working in the plants are not treated well. The management has not ethical and moral values. They are just concerned about how they can make more money. All the positive reviews on this website seems to be posted by their marketing department and by the staff who has been asked to put good reviews on here to keep their rating good as many new employee may check this website before accepting an offer. So if you are one of those, be ware that the good reviews are mostly put on by the employees on the direction of management. They also have this habit of bringing new employees from the companies who work as their contractors or equipment suppliers. Beware that they may offer you a higher salary but once they have got what they wanted from you, they will kick you out.
