You get to manage your own diary, and most of the staff on the front line are friendly and passionate about what they do.

Where to begin. Canburg own Smallbone and Mark Wilkinson, and they really have no idea about furniture or design. The top people in Canburg are bullies, and crooks. the way they have spoken to clients and treat staff is a disgrace. No investment in showrooms or back room staff. They sell a product that is 25 years old, designed by someone who is no longer there but live off his name. It is very dated, and expensive.....especially as it is all MDF and Cheap wood. No perks, bank holidays you work, Christmas you work. Pensions non existent. It sounds gloomy, and it is.

Everyone below management are fantastic and a joy to work with.

Management are arrogant bullies who are totally out of touch and believe they are superior to not only staff but also clients. When you work here, management will treat you like dirt. It is just the worst company to possibly work for, totally toxic and embarrassing because you are constantly told to lie to clients. Frankly, this company is a mess.
