Patients are great, supervisors awful - Social Worker LMSW Cancer Support Community Employee Review

Awful supervisors. Unkind, selfish, hostile, insecure, inefficient, the list goes on and on. Shouldn’t be working in non profit. Put themselves before the organization, members, and employees time and time again bc their jobs are cushy. Don’t know how to run an organization. The organization is well-funded so absolutely no pressure to do things correctly or retain those who do their jobs well. Core staff is 100% white in a black city. Will refuse to start more inclusive groups no matter how many times they are asked to do so.
