Your comments touch on some of the challenges you feel have negatively impacted you and we agree that dealing with a pandemic, integrating three businesses, and being tasked with selling the business by our previous owners, over the past 18 months, has been a lot to take on. We are sorry that it has negatively impacted any of our colleagues and understand it has been a period of great change for us all.
Now the sale is completed we believe we are beginning to make good progress and would encourage you to discuss your concerns with your manager or contact our HR department so we can work together and find a solution.
