      - Phenomenal team, no egos, everyone is a pleasure to work with and open to feedback and difficult conversations when needed - Even when things are hectic and everyone is busy, company makes sure that people have what they need mentally and physically to perform and also rest/recover - Lots of events and lunch n learns - Focused on personal and professional development (courses, events, mentorship)

      Cons

      - Can be a bit hectic as an agency and some days can feel frantic

      Pros

      Candyspace has been a very good client to work with. I enjoy working with the project the team and everything in between. People are very approachable and nice. You're getting recognized for doing a good job at your work.

      Pros

      - Friendly team that genuinely cares about one another and the work they're delivering - Great benefits package - Good learning & development opportunities - Amazing central London office space for when you do want/need to go into the office. Great to work from home 80% of the time too!
